Shipping policy

We ship through registered and trusted courier partners for orders within India. We endeavour to ship within 10-12 working days from the date of placement of order. Probable delivery period will be as mentioned in the email and also in the description of the product.Nira’s Ceramics endeavors but does not guarantee delivery of products in the stipulated time period as mentioned above. In no manner can the contract be repudiated if Nira’s Ceramics fails to deliver any one or more products in the stipulated time frame. However, if you fail to take the delivery of the goods, Nira’s Ceramics may at its discretion charge you for additional shipping cost.

SHIPPING

  • Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate us for the cost of processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase and delivering them to you. 
  • For orders received, shipping and handling rates vary based on the product size and volume, the packaging required and the shipping destination. The final shipping and handling charges can be seen at checkout after providing the shipping address.
  • The deliveries are dispatched to the shipping address recorded at checkout.
  • All orders are processed from our facilities at Ahmedabad, India.

TRACKING AND DELIVERY 

  • Post shipping, the details of tracking number and information of the shipping agency will be shared via email.
  • Orders can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping partner’s website.
  • The order status can also be tracked on the website.
  • Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three (3) times before its returned to us. In case it is returned to us after 3 attempts, no refunds will be entertained. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.
  • Please ensure the complete shipping address including zip code and a mobile number to ensure hassle free delivery.
  • In case of failure to deliver due to incorrect details, no refunds will be entertained. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.

MODES OF PAYMENT 

  • For Domestic orders, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express), Net Banking options across major banks and other third party payment options available on Razorpay payment gateway option.
  • American Express credit cards may not be accepted for some transactions, due to some technical issue with our payment partners. However, American Express card transactions can be routed through PayPal accounts.
  • Please Note: As per RBI regulations in India, all credit and debit cards issued in Indian Territory cannot be used for transactions in international currency by default unless overridden by the card holder explicitly with the bank.
